The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lafayette Parish, Louisiana.
